RETURNS

All goods must be inspected upon receipt and You must notify within 7 days of receipt if you wish to return your item. You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date of receipt of goods

We take no liability in the return of goods if lost or damaged. Buyers are requested to pay for return shipping, and ensure that items are new, unused, and unworn condition with all original tags and packaging. Once we receive your return, our customer service team will inspect the order, and if granted will send an email notification of your refund of the product/products. The shipping cost is not refundable. Customs duties, tariffs, and taxes are not included in the shipping rate or item price. Overseas buyers may be subject to them as determined by their local government and we are not responsible for these additional charges.

For your own protection, we recommend that you returns parcels using a delivery service service that allows returns to be tracked and signed for.

If this product is deemed not to be in its original condition, Bobble Babies reserves the right to reject a refund and return the items back to the purchaser. 

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale and promotional  items (discounts, giveaways etc.) cannot be returned and refunded.

MAKING A RETURN:

Please contact us with the subject "RETURN REQUEST" via emaill:  info@bobblebabies.co.uk and include:

  • your Order Number;
  • First & Last Name
  • the name of the product you'd like to return
  • reason for return
